Hidden River Lodge 5975 - Keystone

We recently stayed at a beautiful condo in Keystone, and it was absolutely perfect for our family of six. The spacious and comfortable three-bedroom townhome had plenty of seating and a well-equipped kitchen. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home, and the views from the room were breathtaking. The peaceful setting was filled with hummingbirds, and the hot tubs were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. our stay at Hidden River Hideaway was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the difficult key pick-up process and rough sheets, our stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing getaway.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom townhome that fit our family of 6 perfectly. The kitchen was well-equipped and the views from the balcony were fine. The location was convenient and the staff were great. a great place to stay!

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. It was so peaceful to sit out there and watch the scenery. The location of the hotel was also great - it was conveniently close to all the main attractions and activities in the area. Additionally, the cleanliness of the unit was impressive. It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a clean and pristine environment. Oh, and the hot tubs were a fantastic way to relax after a long day of exploring.

First, the process of getting the keys was a complete mess. There was a lack of clear communication and it took multiple attempts to finally figure out where to pick them up.

The check-in process was confusing and there were issues with getting the keys. Some appliances in the unit did not work properly and the bed was uncomfortable, with a lumpy mattress and creaky frame.
